Technical Support Analyst


Elisha has responsibilities for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects and support services relevant to a range of HSX business areas in a technical-training support capacity. 



Prior to joining HSX, Elisha was a software trainer and technical liaison for the Philadelphia Department of Human Services via the Philadelphia Mental HealthCare Corp (PMHCC), where she worked with the information technology (IT) development team as a web-based systems trainer and the technical liaison between city run social services provider agencies and DHS executive staff.  Elisha’s background also consists of dealing with data-related support, in which she evaluated and delivered training programs in group or one-on-one settings.  Along with this work, Elisha has also served as a solutions systems analyst, a role in which she coached and assisted learners (beginners to expert) on application and computer system use and evaluated the effectiveness of trainings and support.

Working in many support roles in the IT field, Elisha has held positions ranging from quality assurance coordinator to Help Desk Supervisor (including responsibilities for help-desk metrics and statistics).  

Elisha earned an associate’s degree in computer science from Peirce College along with an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification and a Logic & Data Modeling Certification.
