As the administrative assistant at HealthShare Exchange, Fatima Coston provides support to the HSX leadership team.

Before joining HSX, Fatima gained administrative experience with a variety of companies, including in the healthcare and information technology fields. 

Fatima’s current responsibilities include: meeting scheduling; travel arrangements; coordination of HSX committee meetings, with emphasis on the Clinical Advisory Committee; database maintenance; and assisting with event planning and conference management.

Prior to joining HSX, Fatima was with InDEED, a local educational non-profit (www.indeed-edu.org), where she provided executive assistance and coordinated meetings and conferences.  At Glaxo SmithKline, she held administrative positions in the research & development; human resources; and legal departments. Her responsibilities included budget and expense reporting; domestic and international travel arrangements; and database management.  Earlier, she worked in positions at CDI Corporation and Unisys.

Fatima’s duties during her career have included monthly budgeting and expense reporting, customer and vendor interface, data entry and database management, presentation preparation, event planning, contract documentation, staff scheduling and travel arrangements, and executive support. She has many of these same duties now at HealthShare Exchange.

Fatima is also certified in Final Cut Pro video editing.  She has trained at the Computer Learning Center and completed courses at the Community College of Philadelphia.
