Yolande Greene

Senior Project Manager Population Health

After completing her HealthShare Exchange internship experience for her masters in public health degree, Yolande Greene joined the full-time HSX staff as a project manager

A recent graduate of the Drexel School of Public Health, where she focused on health management and policy, Yolande's HSX responsibilities now include implementing, supporting, and managing HSX's Direct Secure Messaging services; coordinating and facilitating the EHR Interoperability Project (an HSX initiative to address interoperability issues in the southeastern Pa. region); and managing other HSX implementation projects.

Yolande is excited to begin her career in healthcare with HSX –– an organization that bridges her interests in technology and healthcare delivery.  She is looking forward to the opportunity to continue to learn and grow in the field of health IT, applying knowledge and skills from her public health studies. Yolande is passionate about improving healthcare delivery practices, care coordination, and population health management, especially for chronically ill, high-risk, and underserved populations.  She believes that effective deployment and use of health IT will significantly support these efforts.

Yolande earned a bachelor of science degree in biology from Dickinson College.
