Jennifer previously led the Enterprise Project Office at HSX, and was also responsible for HSX engagement and adoption activities, with a primary focus on new member recruitment and service onboarding.
Jennifer came to HSX initially from the respected healthcare-consulting firm The North Highland Company, where she served as a senior consultant and then manager. Previously, Jennifer served as Operations and Program Development Director for the Department of Radiation Oncology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, where she had oversight of a large clinical, research, and support staff. She led an ongoing quality-assurance initiative involving physician documentation, and she supported the department’s business expansion and outreach.
Jennifer earned her bachelor of arts degrees, magna cum laude, in both public communication and CLEG (Communication, Legal Institutions, Economics, and Government), as well as a certificate in advanced leadership studies, at American University. She completed her master’s in public health at University of California, Los Angeles, with a concentration in healthcare management. She is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the Healthcare Leadership Network of the Delaware Valley.
